This presentation will detail the 5 concepts proposed by the City for the future of Crescent View Middle including projected upfront and operating costs to the City and residents. The presentation will also outline available public information and community outreach.

Depending on which scenario is moved forward, different actions may be required by the council ranging from no action, to possible land development code amendments, to executing a general obligation bond election.
