Description/Background:
Council Member Christensen is proposing that the City Council begin the process of redistricting and restructuring of the City Council. Currently, the council is composed of four district-based seats and three at-large seats. She is proposing a transition to a seven-district model, effectively phasing out at-large seats in favor of direct neighborhood representation.
