In March of this year the City Council approved the Final Report for the Building our Future Housing Workshop Series. The report outlined a series of next steps, including discussion items. One of those items is the intersection of development agreements, by-right development approvals, and housing development incentives. This evening staff is looking for council discussion on this topic as related to owner occupancy requirements. This discussion will be initially presented and then led by the City Attorney.

Their additional discussion items outlined in the housing report that will appear on future agendas. Additional discussion on this topic is also likely.
