Council discussion on how best to involve the Alta Canyon Advisory Committee in decisions surrounding Alta Canyon Sports Center

Description/Background:
On December 7, 2021 the council and mayor created the Alta Canyon Advisory Committee, the intention being that the committee would advise both on issues related to the Alta Canyon Sports Center (ACSC) and the ACSC Special Service District. Following the Councils July 19, 2022 Capital Facilities Workshop, it's clear that there are still many questions that need to be answered regarding ACSC. We're hoping to have a discussion with the council and to come up with some specific questions that we can pose to the Advisory Committee in order to help the council make better final decisions regarding ASCS.
Further action to be taken:
The Advisory Committee will consider the questions asked by the Council and report back with its recommendations.
