Following this discussion and the selection of preferred alternatives the council will need to hold discussions on the remainder of the items noted on the Decision outline (included in the attached memorandum). As a part of step 3: Financing Major Improvements, the council will be holding discussions to answer the following questions:
1. Which alternative(s) is the council interested in pursuing (Tonight)?
2. What happens to the Special Service District (April 26, 2022)?
3. How do we fund the selected improvements (May 10, 2022)?
