Description/Background:
Josh Kasteler is requesting that the property located at approximately 2576 E., 2590 E. 10000 S. and 10118 S. Alta Villa Drive, in Salt Lake County, be annexed into Sandy City. This annexation came before the City Council on December 15, 2020 and then again on January 5, 2021. The second time was because we had to correct the public hearing date. This annexation is before the City Council because the applicant's two neighbors have decided to join this annexation. The annexation now includes three properties instead of one. Therefore, we are starting over with a new resolution and establishing a new public hearing date.
