Resolution RD 19-08. A Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of Sandy City approving a Purchase Sale Agreement providing, generally, for the sale of certain vacant land located just north of the Shops At South Town along Monroe Street, to Raddon Summit, LLC.
Resolution RD 19-09. A Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of Sandy City authorizing the execution of a Tax Increment Participation Agreement with Raddon Summit, LLC relating to the new commercial development within the Civic Center North Redevelopment Project Area.
