Publication and Codification of the Sandy City Municipal Code

Description/Background:
On behalf of the City, the Community Development Department is requesting to amend Title 15A, Land Development Code by publishing and codifying the Sandy City Land Development Ordinances online. In preparing the codification, City Staff and Attorneys have made minor revisions targeting stylistic concerns, non-substantive clarifications, and eliminating redundancies. City Staff decided that any substantive changes would need to go through the typical code amendment process.

Staff recommends that the Planning Commission forward a positive recommendation to publish and codify the Sandy City Land Development Code.
