Description/Background:

In July 2007, Sandy City and the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) entered into a Cooperative Corridor Preservation Agreement to facilitate traffic flow on State Route 209 (9000 South) by identifying existing or future traffic signal installation locations.  Resolution 19-03c modifies the original agreement to include additional signals consistent with other cooperative agreements on State Route 71 (700 East) and State Route 89 (State Street).

 

Fiscal Impact:

There is no fiscal impact associated with this item.

 

Further action to be taken:

The Mayor will execute the Agreement upon approval of the City Council.
