Description/Background:
Bob Kelez (Applicant) has submitted an application for a zone change of two parcels (approximately 2.0 acres) located at 590 E. and 606 E. 10600 S. (Property) from the R-1-20A Zone to the R-1-12 Zone (Proposal), both “Single Family Residential Districts.” The Applicant's submittal included a concept plan that shows a potential subdivision, accessed from 10600 S., of five lots and including the removal of the existing homes.
Fiscal Impact:
The potential subdivision would likely increase the property tax revenue of the City, but by a minimal amount.
Further action to be taken:
The Application is a proposed rezone, a legislative item, being presented to the Planning Commission for recommendation to the City Council.
