Description/Background:
On March 28, 2017 the City Council considered a parameters resolution authorizing the issuance of not more than $7,200,000 million in water revenue bonds. During the discussion staff noted that a portion of the bond proceeds would be used to construct new pickleball courts at Flat Iron Park, the cost of which would be split with the Parks & Recreation Department. Council Member Barker would like to discuss the use of bond proceeds for this purpose.
