Nick Duerksen will be providing a presentation about the Mountain America participation agreement and the sale...of the Schulsen property to the Gardner Company. At this time there is not yet a draft agreement to review. Subsequent to this discussion with the City Council/RDA Board, Mr. Duerksen will bring back the participation agreement for review.
