Description/Background:
Per council policy, the council shall elect new officers every six months during the first meeting in January and the first meeting in July. The election of Council Officers will be conducted via paper ballot. Please review the attached council policy regarding the election of council officers.
Recommended Action and/or Suggested Motion:
Recommendation
Following a successful election, the Council should make a motion to elect the winners (by name) as the Council Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson.
