Description/Background:
The Council Office continues to receive communication from residents about urban deer. Several recent callers seemed to have received instruction from the Division of Wildlife Resources (DWR) that it is the City's responsibility to address this issue through one of two program options delegated by DWR. This letter is intended to convey the challenges of those options.
