Joint meeting of the City Council and Planning Commission regarding the Blueprint for Progress, Sandy Land Development Code Update

Description/Background:
The Community Development Department is in the process of a comprehensive update to the Land Development Code (Title 21). With a generous grant from the Wasatch Front Regional Council, Sandy City hired a consultant team from Psomas to assist with this project. Periodic updates are presented at joint City Council and Planning Commission meetings throughout this process. The Psomas Team completed an analysis and best practices report of the Land Development Code, which is a key milestone of this project. Please see the attached presentation a summary of that report.
