Description/Background:
The City Council appropriated $50,000 in the FY 2016-17 nondepartmental budget to hire a vendor responsible for codifying city ordinances and publishing them online. Administration is currently working to accomplish this goal.
This policy would require City staff and/or the selected vendor to publish future changes to the Code within a specified time frame.
