Scott Bond was recently awarded the ICMA Assistant Excellence in Leadership Award in memory of Buford M. Watson Jr. This is the highest honor given in the nation to an Assistant City Manager.
Scott was presented this award at the International City Managers Association Annual Conference in Kansas City, Missouri. This award was given in front of 3,500 city managers and assistant city managers from around the world.
Locally, the Utah City Managers Assocation Board would like to present this award to Scott in front of the Sandy City Council and staff.
