Description/Background:
On November 30, 2020 the City Council consented to the appointment of Lynn Pace as City Attorney. City code authorizes a severance payment for certain at-will employees but requires City Council consent for any severance payment in excess of three months.
There was no resolution number assigned at time of this writing. Council staff will ensure that the City Attorney's Office assigns a number prior to execution by the Chair and City Recorder.
