Description/Background:

This is an informational report meant to prepare the Council its consideration of whether to place a bond election on the November ballot.  Should the Council to decide to move forward with a bond election, Resolution 26-78C would need to be adopted during a future meeting of the Council.

Fiscal impacts are included in the attached exhibits.

 

Further action to be taken:

This item is an informational item, the Council may ask questions and provide feedback, the attached Resolution may be considered by the Council at its next meeting.
