Description/Background:
This was initially presented to the Council as an information item on October 10th. That evening, the council provided direction to staff to amend capital projects fund balance to account for a sidewalk project on Bryce Drive. Those changes were made and are noted in red within the exhibits of Resolution 23-51C. The purpose of this budget opening is to appropriate unexpended funds from the prior fiscal year and adjust other appropriations in the current fiscal year, as outlined in the attached resolutions.
Further action to be taken:
Tonight the Council will hold a public hearing on this item, after which the City Council may adopt the resolutions as presented or amend and adopt the resolutions, if desired.

Each resolution needs to be adopted independently.
