Please review the attached RDA Agenda which includes:
- Consideration and approval of Resolution RD 24-02. A Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency Board of Directors adopting the Annual Budget of the RDA of Sandy City, Utah, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025. *This is a Public Hearing Item.
- Adoption of minutes for May 7, 2024.

Recommendation
Suggested Motion 1: Motion to recess the City Council Meeting and Convene as the Redevelopment Agency.
Suggested Motion 2: Motion to close the public hearing on the adoption of the annual budget of the RDA
Optional Motion 1: Motion to continue the public hearing on the adoption of the annual budget of the RDA to (June 11, 2024 or June 18, 2024).
Suggested Motion 3: Motion to adopt Resolution RD 24-02, a resolution of the Redevelopment Agency Board of Directors adopting the annual budget of the RDA of Sandy City, Utah, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025 (any amendments should be included in this motion).
Suggested Motion 4: Motion to approve the RDA meeting minutes for May 7, 2024.
Suggested Motion 5: Motion to adjourn the RDA meeting and reconvene as the City Council.
