Description/Background:
In the most recent version of the Council Rules and Procedures (March 2025) the Council requires the following: "The City Council shall receive training on and review its Rules of Procedure, each evenly numbered calendar year no later than the last regularly scheduled Council Meeting in February." During this item, the Council Office will provide the "training" on the Rules of Procedure as required in the Council's policy.
