Description/Background:
On April 16, 2021 the Council received a proposal from the Hale Centre Theatre to sponsor an upcoming Cultural Celebration Series. On May 11, 2021 Council Member Christensen formally introduced the proposal as a first reading item. A public hearing to consider the appropriation was set and analysis completed under Utah Code 10-8-2.
Fiscal Impact:
Approval of this item would result in a new appropriation within the FY 2020-21 budget of $33,120. The Council should also identify the source for this funding.

Motion to approve an appropriation of $33,120 to the Hale Centre Theatre in sponsorship of the Cultural Celebration Series for the summer of 2021.
