Description/Background:
Under Utah Code, the legislative body of an agency wishing to transfer unclaimed lost or mislaid property must provide permission to apply the property to a public interest use. This resolution approves the transfer of various equipment to the Crime Suppression Unit within the Police Department. Please review the attached resolution for a list of equipment.
