Council reappointment of members to the Historic Committee

Description/Background:
The Council has a total of six appointments to the Historic Committee, five regular members and one alternate member. All but the alternate appointment are currently filled. The appointment of three regular members will expire on December 31, 2021. Two of these members are interested in serving another 2-year term. Please review the attached resolutions.
Should the Council decide to make the reappointments, there will still be two council vacancies on the Historic Committee that may be filled in the future.
