Please review the attached presentation and resolutions.
The Council may (1) Continue the public hearing to a future date, or (2) close the public hearing. If the hearing is closed, the council may: (A) adopt the attached resolutions, including amendments, if any; or (B) take no action and adopt the resolutions during a future Council meeting. June 20, 2023 (Business Session) is the latest scheduled council meeting in which a decision can be made to adopt a tax rate by the statutory deadline

Motion 1: Motion to adopt Resolution 23-23 C, a resolution adopting a tax rate on all real and personal property in Sandy City for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024; also establishing certain fees and charges in Sandy City for said fiscal year. (Any amendments should be listed at the end of this motion).
