Description/Background:
On October 11th the City Council was presented with the proposed resolutions for budget carryover. Tonight, staff is requesting the adoption of those resolutions.

This is a public hearing that allows the public an opportunity to comment on this item.
Recommended Action and/or Suggested Motion:
Recommendation
Each resolution will need to be adopted independently of one another through four separate motions:
"I motion to adopt resolution 22-__C."
There as alternate resolution 22-48C, attached to this agenda item. Should the council decide to adopt that resolution the motion should be as follows: "I motion to adopt alternate resolution 22-48C."
