Description/Background:
Title 11-1-6 requires that professional service contracts over $7,500 be disclosed in writing to the Council once awarded. Council Member Nicholl would like the Council to discuss decreasing this threshold to improve both communication and the Council's understanding of contract services being purchased by the City.
