Description/Background:
Following the initial presentation and informational report made by STH and their partners to the Council early this year, staff began discussing possible amendments to the original MOU, as requested by STH and the Council at that time. Below you’ll find a synopsis of those proposed amendments. While staff and STH have done our best to come to agreement and capture the expectations of both the City Council and STH, additional discussion and edits may be proposed and considered if the Council desires.
Please review the attached staff memo, redline amendments to the amended and restated Memorandum of Understanding, and Resolution authorizing execution.
