Description/Background:
The City is remodeling and modernizing the city council chambers, conference room, and staff offices. The City has gone through the RFP process and selected Galloway Architects to lead the design and execution of the project. Staff held a kick-off meeting with Galloway on July 6th. Initial estimates say that construction will begin in late 2026 and project completion by mid 2027. This evening Galloway wishes to gather initial goals and vision for the project from the City Council prior to begin the design process.

No action is needed other than council discussion and input on your goals and desires for the council chambers, conference room, and executive offices.
