That the City Council adjust the amounts as outlined in Exhibit A of Resolution #18-02 C.
The current cost estimate for construction of phase 1 of the new Public Works building is short $117,310 after:
- working with the Architect and Contractor to adjust the scope of work and fees
- and transfering unused funds from several other projects to this project
