Description/Background:

Mr. Jeffery Vitek, of Boulder Ventures Development is requesting to rezone approximately 16.3 acres from the R-1-20A, and R-1-10 “Single-Family Residential Districts” to the PUD(8) “Planned Unit Development District”. The subject property is located at approximately 300 East 10600 South. The resulting application of zoning would allow for a PUD subdivision proposal of the property creating approximately 150 housing units.

 

Past Actions:  Staff has recommended approval of the request by the applicant. On June 16, 2016, the Planning Commission reviewed the request. Staff will provide the results of this meeting during the City Council meeting.

 

Recommended Action and/or Suggested Motion:

Recommendation

1.  That the subject property, approximately 16.3 acres, be rezoned from the R-1-20A, and R-1-10 “Single-Family Residential Districts” to the PUD(8) “Planned Unit Development District”.

 

2.  To adopt ordinance #________ to rezone the subject property from the R-1-20A, and R-1-10 “Single-Family Residential Districts” to the PUD(8) “Planned Unit Development District”.
