Description/Background:
This resolution authorizes an Interlocal Agreement between Sandy City and Salt Lake County for the administration of the 2026 special bond election. The County will provide elections services and the City will pay its share of the actual election cost. Approval of the agreement authorizes the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of Sandy City.
Fiscal Impact:
The estimated cost of elections services is approximately $14,448.
