Description/Background:
1. Motion to convene Redevelopment Agency meeting.
2. *Public Hearing Item* Resolution RD 23-05. A Resolution reappropriating unexpended funds within the redevelopment funds.
3. Resolution RD 23-06. A Resolution approving a consulting agreement with LRB Public Finance Advisors relating to the provision of financial consulting and advisory services.
The consultant was chosen through a Request for Proposals (RFP) process. The terms of the RFP are incorporated and made part of the Agreement. The Consultant will provide financial consulting and advisory services relating to RDA projects areas to be created, extended or amended. The Consultant will also provide financial advisory services relating to the structure, placement, etc of debt financing by Sandy City or the Agency. The term of the Agreement is 3 years.

1. Motion to (recess/adjourn) the City Council meeting and to convene a Redevelopment Agency meeting.
2. Motion to approve Resolution RD 23-05. A Resolution reappropriating unexpended funds within the redevelopment funds.
3. Motion to approve Resolution RD 23-06. A Resolution approving a consulting agreement with LRB Public Finance Advisors relating to the provision of financial consulting and advisory services.
4. Motion to approve RDA minutes for August 22, 2023.
5. Motion to adjourn Redevelopment Agency meeting (and to reconvene the City Council meeting).
