Description/Background:
After a successful first year of the reinstated program, the Sandy Youth Council welcomes its 2023-24 members with a formal installation at the City Council Meeting.
The 25 members, made up of new and returning high school students from across Sandy, will be sworn in by Sandy City Judge Paul Farr, which will mark the official start of the 2023-24 Program Year.
This year, we have students from Jordan, Brighton, West High, Hillcrest, Beehive Academy, American Preparatory Academy, Alta, Chesterton, Juan Diego, and Waterford.
