City Council Office Recommending amendments to the 2023 City Council Annual Meetings Schedule

Description/Background:
Utah Code 52-4-202(2)(a) requires a public body which holds regular meetings that are scheduled in advance over the course of a year to give public notice at least once each year of its annual meeting schedule. From time to time the council may amend that schedule as needed.
The amendments to the annual meeting schedule proposed in the attached resolution are as follows:
1. Amending the August 15th cancellation with a new description (Autism Awareness Event)
2. Cancelling the September 5th meeting for the Primary Election
2. Adding a regular meeting on November 7th (This meeting was cancelled on the original 2023 Annual Meeting Schedule for the General Election).
3. Amending the November 21st cancellation with a new description (Thanksgiving and General Election)
