Description/Background:
Several weeks ago Council Member Robinson recommended that the Council discuss issues involved with holding meetings in the Council Chambers. Based on that recommendation, staff would like to brief the Council about meeting protocol, equipment needs, and public communication to ensure safe and efficient meetings.
Staff recommends the Council identify a general timeline for which to target the return of physical meetings, yet retain flexibility in light of shifting public health concerns.
