Description/Background:
On December 12, 2017 the City Council approved a process when considering its advice and consent for mayoral appointments. The process included a background check, a current resume, a formal interview, and a possible closed session as permitted by state law to consider the character, competency, physical, or mental health of an individual.
Further action to be taken:
The council may choose to interview Mr. Dunlavy and may also close the meeting in order to discuss the character, competency, physical or mental health of an individual. Administration will complete the hiring paperwork should the City Council consent to the appointment.

Motion to adopt Resoulution 22-28C, a resolution consenting to the appointment of Kasey Dunlavy as Economic Development Director of Sandy City.
