Description/Background: Utah Code 10-3b-203 gives authority to the City Council to periodically review municipal administration. This policy proposes a mechanism by which the Council can best determine that all departments have adequate resources, structure, and staffing levels. Through coordination with each department and a third party expert the Council can identify areas of need and work towards maximizing the efficient use of resources.
Fiscal Impact:
$50,000 annually in funding.
