The appointment of Council Members as liaisons to various committees for Calendar Year 2024

Description/Background:
Each calendar year the council should review and amend its appointments of council members to serve on various external and internal committees. Similar to 2023, this year will also include the appointment of council members to serve on the Technical Sub-Committees for the update to our General Plan. Staff has requested that those appointees remain the same, if possible.
Further action to be taken:
The council should review the former committee appointments for CY 2023 in the attached resolution, discuss, and determine which council member(s) should serve on each committee for CY 2024. Once a determination is made, the resolution will be updated during the meeting. Following this process the council may adopt the resolution as amended.
