Description/Background:
The purpose of this budget opening is to appropriate unexpended funds from the prior fiscal year and adjust other appropriations in the current fiscal year, as outlined in the attached resolutions.
Further action to be taken:
This is an information item for October 10th, so no action is necessary. The following Tuesday, October 17th, a public hearing will be held, after which the City Council may adopt the resolutions as presented or amend and adopt the resolutions, if desired.

No action is necessary, but the Council may give direction to staff regarding any amendments to the attached resolutions and exhibits that they'd like made prior to the October 17 public hearing.
