Please review the attached memorandum and draft Water Conservation Plan.
Further action to be taken:
The November 9th City Council meeting will provide the city council an opportunity to comment before we formally ask the council to adopt this WCP at the city council meeting on November 16th. The November 16th meeting will also be the end of the official public comment period.
