Description/Background:

Sandy City is proposing revisions to Chapter 2 of Title 5 of the Revised Ordinances of Sandy City (Alcoholic Beverage Regulations) to, among other things, better coordinate regulations of alcoholic beverages by the City with the alcoholic beverage regulations of the State of Utah.

The Community Development Department is recommending that the City Council adopt Ordinance #16-42, making revisions to Chapter 2 of Title 5 Revised Ordinance of Sandy City (Alcoholic Beverage Regulations).
