Consideration and approval of Resolution No. 26-04C. Resolution of the Sandy City Council Approving an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with the Redevelopment Agency of Sandy City, which Agreement relates to the creation of the Sandy Cairns Housing and Transit Reinvestment Zone and the Payment of Tax Increment from that Zone.
