Description/Background:
In the November 2023 Municipal Election Sandy City voters authorized the city to pursue the issuance of General Obligation Bonds for Fire Station 31. Finance Staff are presenting the super parameters resolution for those bonds as well as a calendar of events and a property tax impact analysis.
Fiscal Impact:
A property tax impact analysis is provided for Council's review.

This is an informational item and no council action is necessary. Council may ask questions regarding the information provided. This item is scheduled to return on 02/13/2024 for formal action.
