On July 14th, 2026 the Sandy City Council provided its consent to the appointment of Mindy Finlinson as City Treasurer/Controller. The Office of the State Treasurer requires the City's governing body authorize his access to manage public treasurers' investment fund (PTIF) accounts on behalf of Sandy City

Motion to adopt resolution 26-86C , a resolution authorizing individuals noted in Exhibit A to manage PTIF accounts on behalf of Sandy City.
