Consideration and approval of Resolution No. RD 26-03. A Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of Sandy City approving an Interlocal Agreement with Sandy City, relating to the Agency's Agreement to contribute funds to the City for use in the acquisition of real property located at 126 Sego Lily Drive.
This Item was previously discussed in the February 10th RDA meeting.
Further action to be taken:
The ILA associated with RD 26-03 must also be approved by the Sandy City Council.

Motion 1: Recess the City Council and convene a meeting of the Sandy City Redevelopment Agency
Suggested Motion 2: Motion to approve Resolution No. RD 26-03. A Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of Sandy City approving an Interlocal Agreement with Sandy City, relating to the Agency's Agreement to contribute funds to the City for use in the acquisition of real property located at 126 Sego Lily Drive. (This may be approved as presented or with amendments)
