Description/Background:
The intention of this item is to adopt the proposed amendments in the attached resolution which will assist in end of year cleanup and in closing out the FY26 budget year. Please review the attached Resolution.
There is also a proposal attached to this agenda item to amend Resolution 26-65 to include funding in the current fiscal year for the Public Safety Headquarters Feasibility Analysis authorized by the Council in May of this year. Please review the attached memorandum for additional information on this proposal.
