Description/Background:
Budget carryover is designed to reappropriate unexpended funds from prior fiscal years and make other adjustments to current appropriations. Included in this process are fee and fine adjustments. These are outlined in the attached resolutions.
Further action to be taken:
This is an information item only, no action is necessary. The following meeting will include a public hearing, after which the City Council may adopt the resolutions as presented or amend and adopt the resolutions, if desired.

No action is necessary, but the Council may give direction to staff regarding any amendments to the attached resolutions and exhibits that they'd like made prior to the next meeting and public hearing.
