Council reappointment of members to the Community Develop Block Grant Committee

Description/Background:
The Council has a total of eight appointments to the CDBG Committee, seven regular members and one alternate member. The alternate appointment is currently filled by Patrick Casaday. The appointment of three regular members and one alternate member expired on June 30, 2024. Three of these members are interested in serving another 2-year term. Please review the attached resolutions reappointing Wade Greenwood, Rebekah Cowdell, and Patrick Casaday. Greg Wilson does not wish to be reappointed. As he was a regular member of the committee, CDBG staff is recommending that the current alternate member, Mr. Casaday, be reappointed as a regular member. Doing this will result in a vacancy of the council alternate position that may be filled in the future.
